May I know what error you are getting when logging in to your account? Try logging in with your wmi.formacct username and see if that works.

When I try to log in, this error message is keep appearing:

Entering it as the user name does not work (incorrect username&pw).

Kindly try resetting your account password by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password. Once password is reset, try logging in with username and the new password.

I don't think it is a problem on the password, because I tested with other accounts and I couldn't login to those either...

I'm checking your account, but it shows that the account is active. Can you please try opening a Chrome browser via Incognito mode and try logging in from there?
