You can either embed the form on your website where users can directly fill it or add the URL of the form as a hyperlink that will open the form just like the PDF is currently opening up in your video.

You already have the forms ready as PDF forms. You can try Smart PDF forms to upload your original PDF document and our Smart PDF Form builder will create an online form automatically.
This will only work if the PDF has fillable fields. Still, there are some elements that may not get created automatically so you'll have to add them in the online form manually. Kindly check the related guides below.
