Send Notification if email is filled

I would like to create a condition where if the answer to question 22. Manager / Sales Leader Email, which is obviously an email address, then that manager can also be sent a confirmation email on the backend along with form filler's (email).

How can I do this?

To achieve this, you will need to create a new Notification email. If you wish to send a Notification that you already have, you will need to clone the existing one:

Now, you will need to copy the unique name of the email field. You can find this in the Advanced tab of the field's properties:

The next step would be to add the Change e-mail recipient condition:

In it, you need to check if the email field is filled, and then to select the email you wish to send, and add the unique name of the field wrapped in curly brackets as the recipient:

This will send the selected email only if the email field is filled. You can see the green arrows next to the email's name, indicating it has a condition related to it:
