I'm testing a dropdown form. My client wants to list 12 different shoe brands. Once selected from one visible dropdown, the conditional statements will show only the appropriate dropdown for that brand, revealing a Model of shoe to choose. Jotform makes it easy to add conditions to reveal things. Very nice.
However, the email that's generated shows all the non-selected fields from the brands dropdown (We'll eventually have 12 brands in that first dropdown). My client says he must "scroll down too much" on his iPhone to get past all the possible brands to finally see the one that is selected.
He asks "Why won't the emails just show what folks selected?"
If you look at a test I'm doing (with only three brands, not the 12 we'll eventually have -- see URL and the screenshot) you can perhaps understand what I'm asking.
Your help would be appreciated.

You may need to use the following setting to hide these fields from the Email:
On the Form Builder, go to Preferences, Advanced Settings, Hide Empy Fields on Emails:
Set it to Enabled

Thanks. I'll test to see if that works.
