Can the options of dropdown dynamically updated based on the filled input?

For example, if someone filled his name like Henry in question 1,

could it be possible if Henry automatically become an option of dropdown in question 2?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to update elements dynamically according to user input with the most recent version. We have escalated your request to our developers.
