Hello! Went to download the photo attached to the second submission on our form, and I’m getting a 404 error. We need all of our submitted photos to stay uploaded and accessible until such a time that we need to access them. Can you please make the photo submitted with this form visible again, please?

Hi,
Please provide us more details about the issue, are you getting the 404 error when you download the file from the email you received? If so, then please disable the "required login" privacy option from your account settings.

These have already been disabled…
In my In Box, I have all the form submissions. I’ve cropped this for privacy reasons, but you see the link where it says Upload Your Cosplay Photo:
I click the link to view the photo
This is what I get:
I reported this to support. I came here from Wufoo Forms and clicking the link in the emailed submissions always let me view the submitted image. Not sure what is happening here

Hi there,
I checked your account and the "required login" privacy option is still enabled, please uncheck/disable them or at least make sure that you are logged in with JotForm when viewing the image in the email.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
