Offline form data and not allowing me access to fill out form

    Hello,

    When I am going to fill out an assigned form it is asking me to log in now then when I try that it is not allowing me access.

    Also we had a guy fill a form out using his mobile data and send the form but we didn't receive the form back to the email and seems it has been lost. Can you help please?

    Greetings Stuart.

    Can you please let us know what error you see when you try to access the assigned form? Can you please let us know the email of the user with this problem? Please note that you have set the privacy of your form to Company access so only accounts with emails that have delaval.com domain will be able to access the form.

    Hi Yeah,
    It just asks me to log in on this page. DeLaval Order Form Ireland (jotform.com)
    So I enter my details but then it goes back to the log in page again not allowing me to access the form. I have been able to access the form before no problem but now it’s changed.
    The other person is Barry.Mullen@delaval.com

    Can you please try to add the email in your form share settings the same way it is saved in the account of the user: Barry.mullen@delaval.com (with capital B).

    We are unable to access the attachment you have shared with us. If the solution above doesn't work, would you mind uploading it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, and sharing the URL of a file with us?
