Form submission not received

    Also we had a guy fill a form out using his mobile data and send the form but we didn't receive the form back to the email and seems it has been lost. Can you help please?

    Can you please let us know have you not received a notification email about the submission? Are you able to locate the submission data in JotForm Tables or JotForm Inbox? If you can, please let us know the ID of the submission so we can check it further.

    I have had the same issue twice. 2 Clients said they submitted the form but I have no record of it
