I accidentally deleted a form, then purged it (like a moron) - Is there absolutely NO WAY to recover it? I need all of the submissions, too !

Unfortunately, once the form is purged we cannot recover them at our end.
For your submissions, if you have enabled the notification email, you can manually compile your emails with the submissions.
