How to see users who have access to company account

    Hi there,

    Is it possible to see who else has access to an account from our company? We are reviewing user access to our platforms and need to ensure past employees have their access revoked?

    Hi Matthew,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support! Unfortunately, there is no way to access a full list of users who have been granted collaborator access to your various forms and tables. In order to check who is authorized to collaborate on your account, you will first need to log into the main company account from which these forms were created.

    Next, you will need to click through each form and table in question, and check the Collaborators at the top right corner of your screen. Any users who have collaborated on that particular form or table will be listed when you hover your mouse over the Collaborate option (see below.)

    Is it possible for me to get access to the main company account? The person
    who owned the company account previously has left the business without
    passing ownership of the account over to anyone else?

    Thank you for the follow-up! Unfortunately, due to our Privacy Policy, we are not authorized to simply transfer the ownership of a User Account under almost any circumstances. If you are able to provide me with the URL of one of the forms owned by this account, I will see what we can do to help you gain access so that you can transfer ownership from your end.

    Thank you for your help, please see the below link to one of the forms on
    the account https://form.jotform.com/200914054909353.
    Please see attached an email from the GlobalApp Jotform account giving me
    access to the account as a user.
    Please let me know the next steps to gain ownership of the account.

    In addition to this, could you please provide us with the following information regarding the payments on the Jotform account:

    • Last Amount charged
    • Transaction date
    • Last four digits of your card
    • Expiration date of your card
    • Type of card(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
