ProductList: From time to time, when I update some products, the changes are not reflected on the live form

    Hi there,


    I have an ongoing weird issue. Not all the time, but when I upload a product and add it to the category, it's not transferring over the live version of the form. Some categories are missing and when I trying to reload, it doesn't do anything. I have to delete and re-add the product in order for it to show up on the published form. Please reference the files I've uploaded. I can only upload one picture, but I was trying to highlight the catergories, for example 'NEON signs' is not showing up on the live and I had added some of the products and it deleted.

    What you're reporting is most likely a cache-related glitch.

    I cleared your form cache, but you can do the same when you experience some glitches, directly from your Account Settings, as shown in the following guide:

    I was unable to find some of the categories from your screenshot. Could you please try to clear the browser's cache and cookies and then add the categories? If this doesn't work, would you mind if we try to add categories directly into your form?

    I'm getting EXTREMLY frustrated. I have cleared my cookies each time before adding new subjects, now take a look at the form when its live, there's only 3 categories and in the builder there is over 30! I just cleared my cache. PLEASE help I'm loosing clients because of this.

    Everything is deleted from my form and even when I go into my history versions, its only reflecting 3 categories and I have over 30. Help, HELP, HELP, I need someone to call me asap 1-647-892-4343

    At this point, the MAJOR and consistent issues with this form has cost me over $10000 in sales and paying someone to try and fix the issues for me. I want a FULL refund of all monies paid for this form immediately. I have inquired about this issue on NUMEROUS occasions and you have not provided me with an adequate solution. Everyone kept responding with the same type of troubleshooting that is yet to work. Now I do not have ANY form on my website and my clients do not have a way of processing any orders. I need a full refund of all monies paid ASAP! This is beyond poor service and I would never recommend anyone to use this form.

    On our latest reply, my colleague had asked if we could create some test categories directly into your form, but we didn't hear back from you, so we were still waiting for your feedback.

    I noticed you've purchased a Yearly Bronze plan on July 8th 2021. Would you like us to give you a full refund and cancel your Bronze subscription?
