Allow users to sign and edit filled form.

    Hi There,

    Is it possible to complete certain forms for customers and employees, and then pass it along for customers and employees to confirm and sign off on them?

    Hello truenorthstrongllc,

    Absolutely! You can fill out a form that includes the customer/employee's email address and have an Autoresponder Email automatically send a copy of the submission information, including a link to edit the form where they can fill out a signature field that you will leave blank.

    I have created a Demo Form here: I have also created a submission including your information, and the autoresponder will have a link that you can use to edit the submission and add your signature. You may clone this form to your account to further investigate my settings or use the form as a starting point to build from.
