Calling one jot form from another jot form

I would like to do the following:

I have a jot form called "Generate User" that has basic demographic information about a user

I also want to create a form called "Generate Patient" where Patient has the same basic information as a User + some additional relevant information.

I would like to call Generate User from within Generate Patient.

Would that be possible?

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! This is possible using our new Prefill Forms functionality. You should be able to proceed to the Generate Patient form, and create a Prefill URL based on the data from your Generate User submissions.
