Not Able To Edit Forms and No Longer Get Notifications

    JotForms will not allow me to edit any forms, and I no longer get notifications when a form is submitted even though it looks like notifications are on.

    I have tried clearing cache. That did not work. Also tried different browsers.

    I checked your account and I cannot find any issue with it.

    I have checked your recently created form Online Coaching as well and it does not have any email notification. 1625780831_60e7725f6cb11_3.png

    I have cleared your form caches.  Could you please try clearing your browser's cache again? Then, try to edit your form again and add the email notification. You may send a test submission to your form to test whether you'll receive the email notification.
