Photos are not showing up on our PDF forms

    Hello,

    Are all of your forms having problems with photos? Can you elaborate a bit on what photos are not showing up right and maybe include a screen shot. https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

    I cloned your ASI form and was unable to notice anything that didn't look normal so more information would be greatly appreciated.

    It's on our Kalm jotform. Insurance card photos aren't showing up.

    Hello,

    It appears to be an issue with forms being HIPAA compliant and the table showing the picture fields as blank until you click on them and then they show up below. This is affecting the PDF forms and them showing blank fields. I'm going to escalate your ticket and see if the developers can inform us more on what's going on.

    The ticket has been assigned already to our developers however updates are not available as of the moment.

    It has been almost two weeks and we are still having to ask for insurance information twice due to this error in the form. Has there been any progress made on our request?
