Deleting files

    After my files have been downloaded from the site, I have been unable to delete them from the submission page. Neither selecting all and deleting or deleting one at a time will work. I have tried refreshing, logging in and out, and using different browsers.

    I just checked right now and the files I'm trying to delete are still there so the issue is persisting.

    Unfortunately, as your account is HIPAA enabled, we are unable to view or edit your submissions directly. This means that in order to investigate your case, we would need more information about the error you are experiencing.

    1) When you are trying to delete your files, is nothing happening? Or the files disappear only to reappear after the page is refreshed?

    2) Would you be able to provide a console log for your browser when trying to delete the files. I am attaching a guide on how to do it, but I will be happy to help you in case of any questions:

    1) when I try to delete the files, they come back, they disappear and reappear in a second without having to refresh the page. Like Ill delete one or all and it goes away and comes back as soon as I push delete. When I go back to the main jotforms page to the rest of my forms, only the one "Oswestry" has a problem deleting 10 files, I can delete the files that come after these 10 but not the 10 that I no longer need.
