Unable to view responses

    Hello.

    I all of a sudden am unable to review any responses that were submitted in the last 2 days, nor am I receiving the emails for them that I got the responses submitted by vendors. Nothing changed and I didn't change any settings for this to happen. Everything was working fine before yesterday. I need to access the information on my forms and can't. Can you please help with this!!?

    Greetings,

    Kindly confirm if you had encryption enabled in your form previously. Your screenshot is showing data in encrypted form.

    To view the data you'll need to use the private key you were given at the time when the encryption was enabled.
