Users in Vanuatu can't submit the forms.

    We are getting reports that users in Vanuatu can't complete forms. I'm in Sydney and cant replicate the problem but can you see why this might be happening?

    Further info - it appears the forms are tinming out before loading. Prefilled fields are empty and buttons are greyed out - see screenshot below

    I did check the form URL and I am able to access the form without any problem. 

    We have not received any similar reports from users in Vanuatu. Please ask your user to check if there is an anti-virus or firewall which is blocking the form URL. Please ask them to temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall and then test the form again to see if that solves the issue.
