Is the information from the forms loaded into a database?

    Yes, everything is saved in our servers. Since you are in the US, then the data is stored in our US servers.

    Thank you for your reply. I need to rephrase my question:

    Are the responses to my forms saved in an Excel or other type of usable database to which I can have access and use?

    Hi Gary,
    Yes, you can export your submissions to Excel or CSV. Please refer to this guide:
    https://www.jotform.com/help/44-how-to-export-form-data-to-excel

    It is also possible to automatically save your submissions in PDF format on your Google Drive.
