    Hello jsaffir,

    Upon checking your form, I see that you're able to include the hint box in your matrix, but not immediately visible due to your wide matrix field.

    You can move the position of the hint box of your form matrix closer using CSS injection.  Here's an example of a CSS code to move the matrix hint box:

    #id_53 .form-description { position: absolute; left: 100px; top: 60px; }

    This CSS example will move the hint box of your matrix to the 1st row, 1st column.  If you'd like for us to move it to a specific field, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

    If possible, I would like the whole first row filled out with hints in each column.  But it's not absolutely necessary if it's tons of work.

    Hi,

    I think that will be very difficult indeed since the Matrix field on this form has only one ID (#id_53) that can attached to the hover text hint.

    What you can probably add much easier is using the TEXT field(found in Form Tools) -- and just add informative free read-only text on top of the Matrix that describes the columns.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
