Approval Flow- is it possible to add outside source as approver?

    I have client, who doesn't have (account)access to JotForm. I added the Approval Flow and everything but client are not able to approve the form from the email they received from the Flow.

    not sure is it really possible to add outside source as approver? Please Advice.

    Yes, you can add approver outside jotform. You just need to disable this option in the approval settings:

    its working now thank you!

    now I have question regarding integration of the Approve and deny action into Monday.com.

    Is there any way to integrate the approve or deny result into Monday.com after submission? please advise.
