What can I do to ensure my conditions are working?

    I am having trouble getting my conditions to work in the form. Every time I set up conditions, for example I want the user to skip to a page after clicking on an option from a drop down menu. It takes them to a page but not the one that coincides with the option.

     

    I don't want every click to end up on "City Center Bellevue." I also want every user to skip to the "Thank you" page after completing their form and clicking "yes" I agree to terms..

    Hello TransManage,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your form, I found that you have several duplicate conditions and some conditions can be merged together. You also have some fields which are deleted.

    I would suggest you to send us a point wise list regarding your field conditions and needs to skip to which page. We will try to help you add them in your form. Currently it is bit confusing because of the number of pages and the duplicate conditions.

    I would just like to make sure the options in “Work Building” skip to the page with the same work building name. And then in each “work building page” after the person clicks “yes” for “I have read the above conditions” and clicks next, I’d like it to go to the submit page and then the thank you page. I hope that makes sense.
    I also wasn’t sure how to determine what the pages were. I have been going to “Manage Multiple Fields” and counting off every time a saw a “page break.”
    Managing this Jotform was passed on to me and I was never trained to edit it so I really appreciate your help!
