I'm curious about your support schedule. Here you are responding an empty question but my question from yesterday is ignored.
Let me reproduce it here in hope it will get more atention:
I need to download my submissions, I've tried downloading in Excel and CSV with no luck. I also have an Excel report which isn't working.
I've been having problems downloading submissions this month. Sometimes a download dialog appears but it closes when I click the download button, other times nothing appear at all.

Thank you for bringing this to our knowledge and sorry for the delayed service. There's three of us in the Support Team right now so your original post should be attended to shortly. But I'll answer this one for now.
I have checked your account and noticed that one of your forms has 873 submissions. Downloading such a quantity would take some time to download if you want to export them all at once into Excel/CSV. What I would recommend therefore is to break down the 873 entries into smaller quantities (i.e. by submission month using the search box) and try to export each to Excel/CSV. Let us know how it goes.
