Unable to use form.

    We have a Silver acct. with auto renewal but its seems like is not working, wondering if credit card info is not valid?

    Hi,

    From what I am seeing, the subscription was cancelled an hour after the subscription was made on the 17th of June, as far as I know, that was done from the account itself.

    That is why your subscription was not renewed.

    You will need to upgrade your account from the upgrade page.
