Hi JF
A set of related Usability suggestions for your team.
- At the top of the widget control, which appears at the right of the screen, provide a link to *help with that widget. It could go to an article or to a page with a list of relevant articles.
- Also at the top of the widget control, have a link to the Widget Details lightbox, which explains the widget. Might still want info after adding it to a form.
- Also, add a link to *help, as discussed above, to the Widget Details lightbox so we can get more info.
- On Widget Details lightbox, explain how the data is delivered. For instance, on "Multiple Text Fields" widget, I do not know if each item will appear in a separate column of the submission chart, or if they will be stacked in one cell. Don't make me add the widget to a form, publish, test, and look at the submissions to find out. Just tell us.
Thanks

Hi there -Thanks for your suggestions. We appreciate it.
We actually have a help icon on each widget that can point to the description, how to use it, as well as a demo. See screencast below:
Hope this could work for you.
