When I am already logged in I want to go into my account and change a couple of things and add my new website info and it will not allow me to re-sign in on the account page....HELPPage URL:

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when you click on "Account" it is asking you to sign in again but does not accept your credentials?
Upon checking your account, I was able to replicate the problem you are having. I am creating a ticket and forwarding it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this is fixed.

This was a bug some time ago. My understanding is it has long since been resolved. Please let us know if you still experience an issue.
