We are using this to set up registration for our Juniors group. We have bought the bronze plan to test it out, but want to expand. However, there are a few integral pieces that we need to know.
We would like to create rosters from these sign ups that include the information of each student. I don't see how to do that. I have watched tutorials and while your reports are beautiful, I can't figure out how to that. Would I use tabs and filters?
I need to show how this system will work to my technology specialist as an all-in-one sign up to roster finish type of thing. I would be glad to speak with you one on one if you would like!
Thank you for this very cool program!Cecilia

Hello Cecilia,
There are multiple options you can add the student's information in the form. If you wish it to be dynamic (a way to add unlimited names), you can use our configuration list widget.
https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget
If the number of students is limited, you can use our Input Table element:
Some of our form builder features have their downside. For example, the configurable list widget can't be used for calculation. In this case, you can't use it to calculate the final payment based on the number of students (rows) added to it. If calculation would be involved, we highly recommend the Input Table, but the downside of this tool is it's limited to the number of rows you add - it's not dynamic.
I'm sorry, but we have yet to offer phone support. However, I've enabled the chat for your account. Kindly check by logging in to our website. You can see the chat icon at the bottom-right side of the page.
I hope that helps.

teachingsupportReplied on July 12, 2021 at 6:44 AMThis does not help at all and does not answer my question.
We have a form that we are satisfied with. We want to get the data from the
form of who signed up for each class so that we can produce rosters. If
this is not possible (which it seems like it should be since Google Forms
can link to a spreadsheet and sort information), then we will not be able
to use this resource as we grow. We have purchased a subscription, I
would think I would get a more informative response.
Thank you.

teachingsupportReplied on July 12, 2021 at 10:33 AMHi!
I am so sorry! I really want this to be effective for our team, but I have
to show them that this will work. The tutorials that you are sending me
aren't quite what I am looking for. I would really like to talk with
someone to get some help, however, I know you are busy (as am I) so I will
make another attempt to explain.

Hi,
The link https://www.jotform.com/report/21190511295304610 seems to be inaccessible. Could you please give us the report link so we can check?
Could you also please give us more details of what you are trying to achieve so we can assist you properly?
If you want to download the report of all the submissions with their corresponding data, you can check this guides:
- Exporting the submissions as a spreadsheet file: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-how-to-export-form-data-to-excel
- Creating a Grid Listing Report: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-how-to-create-a-grid-listing-report
We look forward to your response.

teachingsupportReplied on July 12, 2021 at 3:33 PMThe form should be public for your reference although I included the needed
information in my email. I have seen and done both of those tutorials and
they did not do what I needed a report to do. I can download it to excel
but your platform touts that we can get the reports we need in one place
instead of downloading it (already doing in Google forms) and then
creating a formula to parse out the needed information. I can do that, I
just think you probably have a way since you are already parsing out that
data in your pie chart above. The pie chart states how many kids signed up
for each class...I just want those names without all of their other
information.
While your responses are quick, I feel like you are sending me standard
tutorials when I have done all that stuff previously. I have gone through
all of these, produced the reports and worked the FAQ's. I need a different
answer. Please let me know. I want to generate a report that gives me JUST
WHO SIGNED UP FOR THAT PARTICULAR CLASS IN THE PIE CHART. Please help me
with this.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, due to the limitation of the PDF editor/reports, the names of the respondents can't be queried together with items selected to appear in the pie chart.
However, I can make a feature request for this but cannot guarantee an ETA of when this will be developed or implemented.
Our developers will be responding to this support ticket if there is news.
Thank you for your patience.
Best.
