Split Payment option

Is there a split payment option offered in forms?

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Sell Subscription" option and see if that fits into your requirement.

You can add subscription products in form where you can configure part of the payment as first payment and then reset of the payment after certain period. For example, in PayPal payment tool, you can add "Set Custom First Payment Cost". Please check the screenshot below:

In this example product, when a user submits a form, they will be charged $40 and then next month, $100.
