I have set my for up. Everything is working great if people pay with credit card or PayPal. I have a rule to hid that if they click their paying with cash. Problem is it is requiring me have that option only.

    Hi there,

Can you please remove or fix all the conditions with the errors?

Ok I have changed up the form. I'm still getting the same error. It is
making everyone pay with a credit card and there is no way to bypass if
paying with cash. It will not let them submit.

I'm sorry, but this isn't possible in your current setup. While you can hide the Payment Methods, it is still connected to the overall PayPal field where the products are set up. That is why you get an error when you try to submit the form while it is hidden.

Unfortunately, the only workaround to this would be to use two forms. One for the PayPal option, and one for the Cash option. You have to ask your client which payment option they wish to use and provide them the appropriate form.

You can clone the current form, delete PayPal, and use Purchase Order or Product List. These two allow you to set up the items without online payment.

    Guide to Purchase Order: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order.

    I hope that helps.
