Can't open submissions

I have two submissions that it won’t let me open. How do I get to them?

How to View Form Submissions

If you are unable to view the submission PDF or submissions entries sent in the notification email directly then this because this action requires you to be logged in to your JotForm account, you can disable this option by following this guide.

How to Unrequire Log-in to View Uploaded Files

If this is not the case then please provide us with the IDs of these submissions and let us know how are you trying to access them.
