Why is it saying I have reached my limits when I haven't?

    I am signed up for the free plan and that plan states that I can have 100 submissions per month. I have only emailed 2 forms this month. As I was trying to email another form, a box came up on screen and stated I have reached my limit. PLEASE ADVISE

    As far as I can see, your account is fine, you only have 1 submission on file.

    Please log out, clear your browser cache, and log back in.
