    Dear Customer Service Rep.,


    Please send instructions to reset my password. I have checked Spam and my inbox. The instructions are not located in either place.

    Please note that the reset instruction would be sent to your account's email address.

    I have tried pulling an account using your email address however, I can't seem to find any data.

    Can you please share your account username so that we can check?
