My forms are no longer being delivered to my email address

    I have been using JotForm for the last year without any problems, but within the last couple of weeks I have not been receiving submissions via email. I'm not sure what changed. Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

    Your email address is was added to our bounce list, but was also removed just recently.

    Here is the exact message from our logs:

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[22/Jan/2014:14:59:29 -0500] Sending email terminated email address in bounced list.(To : rentals@scanable.com)

    Can you please coordinate with your host's administrator and ask them to check for incoming mail logs?

    I think your host might be rejecting the emails from us, hence the addition of the address to our bounce list.
