Save and continue later not working for some users

    One of our users reports that the save and continue later function is not working properly for him. It is this form:

    The user is Andrew Hurvitz (

    He states that when he hits save, he receives a link, but that upon clicking the link, the information he entered is not there.

    Do you have suggestions or can you give any guidance as to why this might be happening?

    Thank you for using Jotform and contacting our support. The pre-populated fields sometimes need a few seconds to load, so the form may appear empty at first.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to find the link in question in our records. Would you be able to send us the edit URL of that user?

    Also, please consider trying to load the form using a different browser or device.
