    I am using the work around so people can start and stop then return to the form can I tie that link to a click her vs. show the link?

    I want it to read " click here to continue"  vs having then click or open a url.  (I am trying to stream line - they will be coming from our company web site and this would be the thrid click on the link.  Can i use the button  it -looks like a chain (sorry i dont know the real name) to connect the words click here to the link number??

    Thank you for contacting us.  

    I may not have understood you completely, but here's what I've got so far:

     You want the anchor text in the Thank You page (The one that comes after the first form) to look like a button? (As Below)

    If that is the case, then here is the HTML for the button:

    <div style="text-align: center;"><form action="http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853?session={emailAddress8}"> <button>Click to Continue</button></form></div>

    You can change the Click to Continue test as you wish.

    To insert it in your Thank You page, click on HTML button as shown and paste it below the current code. Delete the highlighted code to remove the old link (click on image to enlarge).
