I cannot get an email reset for my Password

    My name is Kevin Adams. I setup a personal account with Jotform in the Fall of 2020. I have made many attempts for an email password reset to sent to welcome@revkev.me. I would appreciate your help in this manner because I would like to upgrade the service.

    Unfortunately, I'm unable to find an account with welcome@revkev.me email, this means that your own is not tied to any account and that is why it's not receiving any password reset email. Please let us know what your account username is so we can check which email is tied to your account.
