Trying to make some changes to some forms and your website is all messed up. I've tried on 2 browsers on a windows machine and 2 browsers on a mac and it always looks like the screenshot I have attached. What's going on?

We are currently not able to experience this, and there are no other users reporting similar issue at this time. It migh be an isolated case on your connection.
Can you please try first clearing your browser's cache as an initial troubleshooting procedure?
Close your browser and then retry login to JotForm.
If in case you have not registerd yet an account to JotForm, I also suggest you do so now.
You can click on this link http://www.jotform.ca/ to create a username. You can use the e-mail address you use here as the e-mail account also in your registration.
Hope this help. Inform us if issue persist.

Hi. I have been having this problem for several weeks now sometimes clicking login will not work clicking on my forms will bring up the my forms page but nothing will load in the center of the page. Have tried this in IE, chrome, and firefox. Tried clearing cache. Did not help. Sometimes refreshing page 10+ times will fix the issue but there is something going on here more than it just being a browser issue.

I saw this problem today too.
It has nothing to do with login.
It was the jotform homepage jotform.com that would not render as normal.
Also - over the past week - I've experienced problems with my forms not rendering properly. It seems the branching logic shows all fields, even if they're meant to be hidden on load. This problem occurs in chrome and ie. Sometimes the problem goes away automatically. Sometimes it persists for several hours.
