My account status has reached its limit but i just upgraded and paid in full

    Please help. My status says suspended because i have reached my maximum but i just upgraded and paid in full for the year. please help me figure this out.

    Hi,

    Since you did the payment directly to Paypal without using our payment gateway provider, the payment was not captured immediately to your JotForm Account.

    I had this corrected now, and manually upgraded your subscription to Premium Yearly, just as what you had paid for.

    You can check your account and you will see the upgrade.
