How can I send a form I created to a specific email?

    Hello,

    We have tenants that need to receive a questionnaire form via email so they can fill it out and return to us.

    Is there a way to send this form individually to each person?

    I looked at the User Guide provided on your website but I'm not sure which option is best for this response.

    Hi Maria,

    Can you please tell us the maximum number of people you will need to send out emails to?

    Because the options will vary based on the number of people you wanna reach out to. We will recommend the best one according to your requirements.

    At least 20 to 30 people.

    The account it is for is under the email capricorncapitalgrp.com or info@capricorngrp.com.

    How do I change the email content when sending an email to someone with the form? Can I have the email content automatically saved so I don't have to retype it each time?

    You may check this guide to the form via email from within JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-how-to-send-a-form-via-email

    You have the option to edit the email content, but unfortunately, there is no option to auto-save that.

    So you may that content elsewhere and paste it into the email content each time you send the email.

    When I send the email, the jotform noreply email pops up.

    Is there a way to remove the jotform email and only have our email so the tenants can respond directly to us?

    Yes, you can use your own sender email address.
