Months, I have been struggling with the responses to a form questionnaire that I've created appear out of order when viewed in the "submissions" tab, as well as when the PDF is downloaded or directly printed from the submissions viewer tab

Please advise on how this can be corrected.

    Hi Jason,

I checked your form submissions but they look completely fine. I can't seem to find any issue with it. Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by 'out of order' as the issue is not clear to us?

We will be glad to assist you. Waiting for your response.

    Thanks Zahra

I appreciate you getting back in touch with me.

There are so many examples in responses to questions appearing far out of order on the submission view vs their order in the form builder view, and the downloaded PDF vs the form builder view

What's even more strange is that the submission view and the PDF don't even in the end, every view producing a different order of responses which makes it quite difficult to understand as I'm going through respondent's forms.

Thank you in advance for any resolution you may be able to provide.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots and explaining the issue in detail.

I understand that the submissions in PDF are not in the same order as in form builder.

If you scroll down in the PDF document, you will notice that there are some fields after the signature. The issue is that the PDF Editor was not able to detect some fields properly and added them at the end of the document. It can happen sometimes when a form has a lot of fields.

It can easily be fixed by manually adjusting the fields in one document and changes will be applied on all submissions. You can drag and drop the form fields at the right place. If a field is missing, you can add it from the Add element > Form Fields.
