Require Login for Approver Missing

    Hello,


    I'm working with the account cccpresident assisting with creating approvals.

    We are trying to create approvals and allow non-jotform accounts to approve/deny. However we do not have the checkbox to disable this. We've tried on multiple forms, same issue.


    I see the option exists from other support forms and the announcement of the Approval workflows: https://www.jotform.com/answers/3131163-approver-does-not-have-a-jotform-account

    I checked the Approval Flow of your form and the option is there for the approver:

    I’m unsure but we don’t have that on our screens. That option is missing.

    Thank you again for your patience as I looked into this for you.

    When viewing the workflow directly: https://www.jotform.com/workflow/211925462971157/build I am able to see it as well:

    However, upon checking in our HIPAA testing account, I am not able to see this option. We think that this is due to compliance in regards to this feature. I see that your webmasterccc account is not HIPAA-Compliant, so you should still be able to see this option using the account that is not HIPAA-Compliant.

    When you log in to the Free Account instead of the HIPAA-Compliant account, does the issue persist?

    Logging into the other account does have that option to uncheck!
