Need help with approvals

hi i need help with my service agreement form

1. i want to fill out the form with the participant details and sign the form on behalf of our company
2. then it needs to be sent to the participant so they can counter sign and submit -
3. after both signatures are done the form gets emailed to a recipient

so how do i make step 2 happen?

In order to send to the participant so they can countersign and submit, you will need to add an Email field within your form, then set Autoresponder settings too. You can find more details on how to set an Autoresponder from the following guide: Setting up an Autoresponder Email .

Then, you will need to let the user Update Their Submission which will allow the user to edit the submission you have filled on their behalf. You may read further on how to set it up here: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date.

Afterward, each time you submit a form, the copy will be sent to your participant. They can then edit the submission and add their signature.
