My IP has been banned

    Hi,

    My IP has been banned after I try logging in several times due to that I forgot my password. However, I manage to reset it but I couldn't view Jotform website again.

    I have submitted my details for checking, however I have yet to received a reply. Appreciate if you can let me the duration to received a reply.
