Hello there!
I am new to JotForm and am experiencing issues viewing files my clients are uploading in my form. It hasn’t been an individual file type every attempt I cannot see. Is there a remedy for this?

Kindly disable the privacy options in your account settings then try viewing the file again https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
