How to get Submission Data even without completing the payment?

Hi ,inhave made a booking form with payment gateway.

Sometimes user fill the form when it reaches to payment gateway then they cancel there form filling.

So I need to get details of data filled in form before payment gateway , if user cancel there form I will receive details and will touch via mail or phone

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Unfortunately, the submission data is only available to you after the user has submitted the form, and in case of the payment forms, this will only happen after the payment is processed.

However, there might be a workaround for this. You can make two forms, where only the second one has a "Payment Gateway".

This way you can collect all the data from your user in the first form (submit it with a redirect to a second form) and use the second prepopulated form as a sort of "order confirmation".
