Unfamiliar with this product.

Good morning,

I am unfamiliar with this product. I have been receiving application information from potential employment candidates and I am not sure where they came from. I did not request, or sign up for this product. Help me understand where this information came from and if this is a product I can use.

JotForm is used to create online forms and collect information from users. You can also configure Notification emails, so, every time someone submits the form, you receive an email about it.

Since your account doesn't have any forms, please let us know if there are links in the email you receive, like edit this submission and view all your submissions, or links to any files. If there are, please share them with us so we could locate the related forms.
