    why I still receive the notification mail to the old address?

    Even if I changed the e-mail and configured a new notification email for this form, I still receive the mail to the older address.

    Do I need to wait till the email will be modified?

    Hello studenz3,

    No you do not have to wait for changes to reflect. These settings come into effect almost instantly.

    Upon checking both your forms, I found that one form "Contact form studenz" is configured to send submission emails to "service@studenz.com" but your other form "newsletter form (new)" is configured to send submission emails to "newsletter@studenz.com".

    I am not sure which one you have changed but if you need to change the email address which is used to receive submission emails, you should change the "Recipient Email" address of your email alert.     thank you very much for your reply.

    No, it's correct, I need two different email, the problem was with "service@studenz.com", but now everything works perfecly.

     

    Probably was my mistake, I did again every passage and now is fine. thank you.
