Hello, my JotForm is not transferring the information to Constant Contact

Hi,
It seems that the Full Name field is not currently matched on the integration.
Could you match the field and see if after that the information will be transferred?
If that would not help, I would suggest removing the integration from your form, and then re-adding it back and reconnecting again.
If the issue would persist even after this, please let us know.
