Yes, you can switch to a different plan anytime you wish. You can also upgrade/downgrade your account at any time.
To do that, you can visit Jotform's pricing page or you can go to your account settings under billing section: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing, click the plan you'd like to switch/upgrade then proceed with the payment.
