Hi There,
I am having issues where staff members cannot view uploaded Pdf's of questionnaires on our CRM if they are not logged into jotform.
We currently have completed forms uploaded to our CRM using the submission number.
In settings, I have unticked "require to login" for all privacy settings - see attached.
Any idea how I can fix this?
Thanks,
David

If that option is unchecked, there should not be an issue.
But could you let us know which CRM you are using and how you have integrated with JotForm to pass on the PDF submission copy to your CRM?
Also, are you referring to the Harley Sleep Questionnaire form https://www.jotform.com/form/211781126953053 in your account? I believe you are referring to the PDF copy of the form submissions.

Hi There, here is the response from my web developer:
When a questionnaire is completed in JotForm, JotForm fires off a webhook to my server containing some data about the questionnaire.
I store the jotForm submissionID against the user's email address in Harley.
When you click the link to view the submission PDF from the HHH admin, I'm simply linking to: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/ + submissionID
It is a custom CRM:

You may use the following URL to get the PDF submission document on your CRM:
https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID={formID}
{id} - submission ID - leave it as it is
{formID} - form ID - enter the form ID in the URL
You can also check our API documentation - https://api.jotform.com/docs/ for more details.
